The wine was then pressed, clarified, and expertly blended from individually assessed parcels to create a rich and complex Cabernet Sauvignon.Displaying a brick red colour, this premium selection opens with a layered nose of blackcurrant, tobacco, leafy characters, and hints of game, while the palate unfolds cassis, cedar, and subtle cigar box notes.
